Motivation

 

We find in our surveys that good numbers of young Africans have very good development projects both individual and collective fulfilment that does not emerge because of financial support. Desperate, they engage in drift and immortality. These values are dying and are undeniably a great loss for the nation and for families. Most state institutions micro finance and companies that already exist do not take into account a certain age nor promote any sector at all. To go to a bank one must arm themselves with heavy guarantees, document difficult to access, analyses and witnesses, they have become very discouraging following inconvenience they experienced or witnessed. In March 2012 the ILO (International Labour Organization) published a report where the rate of youth unemployment has reached its highest point and will not drop until 2016.

On the National level, it is the same people already in office who immediately exchange employment opportunities and any vacancy shall be filled by an acquaintance whether its jurisdiction or not, the age of admission retirement has been pushed to 60 years, which certainly diminishes the chance for most young people to be functional. The current economic atmosphere keeps households in forfeiture.The hope is weakening every day. Private companies have compressed workers and reduced pay more. The FAYBSD in its vision and action plan appears to be a panacea for the remedy of such an environment and to restore hope, the young project and job seekers can be sure now to be taken into support and be active in their industry.

The FAYBSD appears as a great relief to the nation. The problem of unemployment and under employment can find a definitive solution. Young job applicants or project leaders can now reassure themselves taken care of by the staff's of FAYBSD who invites them to become aware of the need to be together to create the wealth we enjoy for our own growth and our well being. The future of every child, Nigerian citizen, each member of FAYBSD guaranteed. Hope is born and we have to believe. The young are called to embrace the ideals of FAYBSD for the development of youth and the development of the nation.

Source of income

The FAYBSD wants to work with a self-financing system. Every member must pay a monthly fee in cash from its membership association. This amount will be collected on the spot by an officer of our partner banks and banking traditions conveyed by the account FAYBSD the same minute and deposit slips will be sent to the headquarters of the movement for confirmation. There is therefore no risk of diversion when steering. Disbursements will be made after a general meeting and Co-signed checks and therefore freed from fraud and we have a team of our legal counsel. However, we will extend our hand to all our partners, supporters both national and international institutions acquired in our case, the Nigerian diaspora to boost our income to the delight of members and the nation.
